The dealer contacted me, but the vehicle was the wrong one. Once I pointed that out and told them I was looking for an automatic. They responded once more with, "they will be letting me know". I never heard from them again. Just received 2 more automated emails.
When I went to test drive the car I was in a hurry. The salesman Steve Robertson was polite and considerate. I asked for their rock bottom price which they told me without a lot of hassle. Customer service was great all the way around and I have a very nice new to me Subaru Forester.
