The first thing you see when you visit Overture Ridgmar is the outside of the beautiful three story resort style building and the large swimming pool. The inside looks as impressive with a large Great Room for various resident activities. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are larger than most 55+ apartments. Apartments are very well insulated which makes them quiet. We have lived here for 3 years and plan to be here for a long time.
After visiting several over 55 adult living apartments three years ago, we chose Overture Ridgmar. Here we have wonderful friends and felt a part of the community right away. The apartments are spacious, there are storage areas, pets are welcome, and there is a beautiful pool and hot tub. We particularly like the enclosed secure underground parking. There are fun activities, and an attentive staff. This is a lovely place to live.
We just moved in and love it here! It is really a great community; everyone is very friendly and helpful! Caylie and Darron made the move in experience very easy and answered all our questions. They were very helpful and made it feel like home! The maintenance team is very friendly and always available when needed. I love the people and the atmosphere! I would highly recommend this community!

I’ve lived here since 2015, nearly 10 years. I’ve made lots of friends, and they’re all super nice people. It’s wonderful. Darron the manager and Caylie the lifestyles have helped me with everything I need, they are great. Mike and Miguel the maintenance guys are the great, Mike has been here for 13 years working
