There are many issues with maintenance and security at this complex. Constant water shutoffs and/or hot water outages, elevators out of service, pool and spa breakdowns. We also experienced a theft of a bicycle locked in our van infant of the apartment as well as a homeless person who was sleeping on our porch while we were out of town. As a potential resident of The Overture at age 70, I asked for a tour with a resident friend as I explore living options in Austin. This individual has lived there several years, so I knew they would be a great guide to all of the current benefits. At first glance, it’s a lovely place, with a great location, a grocery store across the street, wonderful restaurants & businesses nearby in the Mueller development. I really wanted to like it. Expensive monthly, wrong time come visit. We are senior older, not fit there offer us high costly. Soory
Beautiful apartments, friendly neighbors, great staff of people who work here and respond to the needs of the residents. Also great location in a walkable neighborhood.
