RecommendedOverture Flatts was the best apartments we have ever lived in. There were so many great amenities, with our favorite being the dog park for our fur babies. The management team was always so welcoming and helpful. There wasn’t a time we went into the office and had a bad experience. Anytime we needed any assistance inside the apartment the maintenance team was on top of it. I say almost everyday how much I miss it there. We would still be there if we didn’t decide to buy a house!
Living at Overture Flats has been an all around amazing experience. All of the amenities are kept incredibly well, any request made to the staff is handled quickly, and management is easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to make living here a great experience. So much so that I actually passed up a work opportunity because it meant relocation and I don’t think I could find a better place to call home!
Nice luxurious living with plenty of friendliness from the staff...I love it!
We only lived at Overture for 1 year & had a brand new unit moving in. Our shower completely molded & all the walls around the shower also started to break down & mold by month 3. The washer and dryer provided sucked and we had to dry our clothes on two full cycles to get them dry. There was never enough parking at our building & we would have to park in different lots and walk. Great place to call home!
this place is amazing. the personal in the office is some very nice people friendly atmosphere.
Overall a really good place to live! I like that they are always very quick to fix any issues we might have had. Very nice club house and nice apartments.
My husband and I have absolutely loved living here for the past year! The staff is so welcoming and the clubhouse is always kept beautiful! We enjoy the onsite gym and pool as well! Overall, wonderful place to live and we feel secure and safe here!
I have lived here for almost a year and I have loved every minute of it. There were a few bumps in the road when we moved in, but they were taken care of very quickly. The property is very quiet and the staff is friendly. The gym and open space is also very nice and I can't wait for the pool to open. There is usually something going on for the residents every month. Anything from a holiday party or just a random get together. It is nice to know that the staff cares enough about their residents to do things like that.
