Love living here! Incredibly dog friendly and the staff is amazing.
we have found Overton Row to be extremely underwhelming. common areas are incomplete and unkempt. our “brand new” apartment was filthy upon move in (clearly not looked over bf we arrived) and not everything within the apt even worked...and after speaking with others in the building I am not alone in my feelings. we moved to a community like this for the supposed ease of it and for a good way to check out a new city w lots of amenities. this has been an extreme disappointment.
Couldn't ask for a better experience. The leasing staff is incredible.
Outside of the inspection iver our pool situation, I’m loving my experience here at Overton Row! Nothings perfect in life, you must be patient because good things come to those who wait!
Unless you’re moving in August 1st or after and in, reconsider!
We move in next month and can't wait! The leasing agent are so nice and helpful! They really helped us narrow down our options and pick a great place to live. Love the location, the style and the people.
Amazing community!!!! Great staff, great people, great neighborhood, all around AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
