RecommendedAmazing staff. Didn’t end up moving to the area but the manager Amy was so awesome I was sad not to simply rent from her. The people were so awesome
I've only been at Overton Row for a short time, but so far it's everything I wanted. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The community events are a great way to get involved and meet people.

I have lived in Overton Row since August and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The person who has helped me the most is Chloe Griffin. When I toured Overton Row as a potential apartment complex she was extremely helpful. She spent hours trying to help me find the exact apartment that felt like “home”. I love Overton Row! The staff is always friendly, and respectful. The amenities are great, and resident events are done every month great chance to meet other residents. The property is truly beautiful.

My wife & I moved in this week and couldn’t be more excited. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the layout/map of this place. Huge kudos to Kelsey for making this a seamless process! During the move-in, everything was super clean (thanks Chloe!) and we barely had to do anything. Besides a couple of small maintenance fixes here and there, this place is incredible. I’d recommend this to anyone who desires to be in a fun community that loves dogs and appreciates a clean home/neighborhood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
