Food wasn't done. Didn't think someone could screw-up a hamburger and onion rings but this place did it.
I have defended this place to numerous friends, neighbors and co-workers for some time now; I've always stood up saying to "give em another chance". But there is a reason Overtime is never full. Tonight's experience was 1 hour 45 minutes of waiting (arrived at 730p, they were empty, left at 915p). The server was very nice but she couldn't get the needed support from the kitchen, bar, mgmt. They false advertise. Horrible establishment. And since I had to have 50 characters to send this I hate you.
The lady manager is rude, she is a joke. She is not very customer oriented. Will never go back to this place anymore.
