Illeana was very responsive! She sent pictures and prices via text. They ended up not having the exact flooring but worked with me to find exactly what I wanted to match the space. And they took the time to listen and made sure I was satisfied with my choice (even when I went back and forth between two final styles twice). No pressure. A lot of stock to choose from.
