Just a month here and already loving it.
The garbage chute has a smell, seems like the chute door doesn't get much cleaning. Otherwise is a nice place to live in, the morning and evening concierges are always helpful. Edit: my previous post involved a concierge who no longer works here therefore i edited my review.
One of the night concierges, a short man using a mask (Name is Peter or Patrick), is always rude to all tenants, I've heard things from this concierge from other people as well, that he has no patience , he also yelled to one of our family members, this man should be fired because treating people like that is inexcusable; The garbage chute has a smell, seems like the chute door doesn't get much cleaning.
