This management company really doesn't care about its tenants. They allow them to break the lease in multiple ways and would rather have animosity amongst their tenants over petty things like having a parking spot in front of your house, well you can't because they allow people to run mechanics businesses out of the parking g lot and won't enforce the lease that states you can only have a certain number of cars making it to where loyal tenants can't even park in front of their unit. The property manager Staci ******* well as the Leasing Specialist Samantha ********* are bullies as well as racist. AC has been out for several weeks and still refuse to fix problem. Have been harassed and threatened not to call into the office regarding this matter any longer. Was hung up on talked to in a condescending manner. Professionalism does not exist within this organization. Whole corporation from top to bottom is filled with evil hatred and pure disregard to human life.

I have lived at ********** West **** in Mint Hill for 5 years. Three years on second floor. When I first rented it was with a different owner. Since this time it has changed hands two more times. Management here is awful!!! I should have moved this year, but did not have enough time to fine something I could afford. Covid and the terrible government we have in Washington has almost killed all of us. I asked to transfer from 2nd floor to 1st floor apt that became available. The property management all the way to corporate office is horrible!! I have emailed and called several times in the past two months and still no one has followed up. I've had so many issues since I moved in of Aug 2021 and nothing has been resolved. DO NOT move into any of their properties, management has no concern for their residents.

i wish there was a ZERO review. poor management/Harbor Group at apartment. i have lived and been a LOYAL RESIDENT at this complex for 7 years and never been late on rent however this is by far the worst management. management ignored almost all service request. last summer my AC was out for several week when it was over 90 degrees . despite multiple request and call it took them forever to repair. the AC leak water into my room and damage my clothes and carpet and i never did get an apology. my concern is that again last wee... read more

My spouse, and mentally ill daughter live in a 2 bedroom apt in New Orleans Apts. In Secane PA. We are retired and on a fixed income. Our rent went up exponentially this year after 15 yrs. of residency. We were late for rent 1 time many years ago. We are good tenants. Having no transportation we are pretty much confined to our home. Consequently we don't need showers every day, maybe 2 times a wk. ea. I cook one hot meal a day, one pot of coffee. The property manager Douglas ********* lacks communication, professionalism, morals, and integrity. He is a scam artist and a liar. BEWARE STAY FAR FROM THE ******* PROPERY IN PICKERINGTON, OH. He doesn't care about the properties, the tenants, or doing his job. Not to mention everything is done to cut corners.

By far the worst place you could ever rent from. Nugent the property manager is very rude and unprofessional and mold and mildew exposure he doesn't think is important. I am suffering from lung infections from it. And will be looking into further relief from legal system. Also, hazardous Wire exposure and dead rats all around facilities. Place needs to be shut down.
