The staff is very friendly, kinda like walking into a small town dentist where they know everyone! When I walk in I always greeted with a smiling "hello Scott!" Dr. For is excellent! Recently went in for a cleaning, but had chipped a tooth the day prior. He had the chance to come in and check it out and instead of having me spend a ton of extra money he laid out another option!
