They refused care for me because they messed up my intake. Clinictions hung up on me and my boyfriend (whom I signed a release for) and everyone I’ve spoken to today has either hung up on me, given me incorrect information, and everyone has sent me on a wild goose chase. I’m now at the ER because the IOP said they’d give some kind of insurence form that nobody knows what I’m talking about. Not satisfied with my care. Receiving help from other medical professionals else wear. I’m glad I did. I felt heard, safe, and acknowledge. My body my choice to when it comes to any treatment and have a right for a second opinion to my diagnosis. With personal therapy, rest, change of diet, and good habits. I am much better.
