The South Ward behavioral program is absolutely the worst ever put together. Terrible clinic and worst program ! After the first 3 days of perfect sleep and proper medication, they changed medication so no more perfect sleep and they started waking me up at 2:45am to check my blood sugar manually when I had a Dexcom 6 blood sugar monitor that displayed current blood sugar at all times. Also they left speaker on with scratching sounds all night ! Absolutely terrible medical supposed professionals!!!
Dr Kim was horrible. She gave me 90 klonopins a month, and then would cry in our appointments about her brother who passed away. She then got offended when I suggested I see a real therapist not a nurse practitioner and then she cut me off completely from the klonopins forcing my GCP to give me in his own words saying this practice is “unethical”
They refused care for me because they messed up my intake. Clinictions hung up on me and my boyfriend (whom I signed a release for) and everyone I’ve spoken to today has either hung up on me, given me incorrect information, and everyone has sent me on a wild goose chase. I’m now at the ER because the IOP said they’d give some kind of insurence form that nobody knows what I’m talking about. I’m almost out of my medication which this IOP refuses to refill after giving me a 5 day supply and which the hospital might not refill f... read more
