Not satisfied with my care. Receiving help from other medical professionals else wear. I’m glad I did. I felt heard, safe, and acknowledge. My body my choice to when it comes to any treatment and have a right for a second opinion to my diagnosis. With personal therapy, rest, change of diet, and good habits. I am much better.
The Doctors and clinicians really do care about you. Would highly recommend this to my own family that says a lot I wouldn’t send anyone from my family to just any old doctor. 10 stars out of 5 stars.
I have personally been a patient for the IOP program , and the team is absolutely amazing , from the recepcionist (mike) all the way to the Psychiatrist ( Dr. Sherer) , the social workers are amazing ( Sarah, Julissa, Sara, Joe and Grace) , they do care about the patient well being and are very committed and passionate about their job!. I will highly recommend Overlook IOP program
My partner was admitted and provided full information to them. He was then withdrawn but then admitted shortly after again and then he was withdrawn again. He was actually doing fairly well and looking forward to the program but apparently they only accept a certain population and can’t accommodate many people. If they had said that from the start we wouldn’t have had an issue but they only exemplify the issues about accessibility to mental healthcare.
