Everyone just complaining about waiting long, it’s an emergency room. You clearly see it’s busy and everyone just thinks they’re the most important. If you’re not being seen right away, it means your life isn’t threatened lol I always remember society had the expectation of waiting awhile at ERs, what happened to that? Do NOT go to the ER here. Unless you arrive by ambulance, you will be there for 6 hours minimum. They will also move the patient around 5 rooms, the patient then has to repeat their symptoms 5 times to every medical professional. They will not help you besides transporting you to a different room. We were in ECU (the 5th stop) and a man was going into cardiac arrest right in front of me and the nurses station I went to go ask for help and they wouldn’t even acknowledge me and were talking about personal stuff. Its a no for me, My 11 month old had a 101 fever, I had all details written so that they can speed up the process and take care of my child smoothly. My issue: Emergency Room at 2am Thursday Jun 26 was completely empty when we arrived. A patient in the pediatric section left and still we weren't seen. Finally a nurse checks her and confirms its 101 Fever and I explain there's also a dry cough that just seemed as if my child was choking on saliva. Overcrowded, patients on the halls while some rooms were vacant; and not enough nurses for the number of patients. And never mind the rudeness of some non-medical staff.
