I moved in the Overlook in 2019. Slight bug issue in the beginning, but maintence took care of it. The community is well kept and many of the residents have been there a long time. SUPER affordable and well worth the minor spider issues. Conviently located near many stores and the management team was pretty cool. Even though its not the most updated property its still a pleasant place to live and super quiet! Would defintely recommend.
Update: Downgraded to 1 star. After saying they'll do a walkthrough after we move out, which is weird, they put a notice on our door saying they're doing a "pre-move out inspection." 2 weeks before we move out, because apparently they want to see how our packing is going, I guess? Don't live here. They treat you like it's their place and they just allow you to stay here (if you pass your multiple inspections and pay a mere $1200 a month). The Overlook at Murrayhill is a great place to live. The property is beautifully maintained and the office staff always makes you feel welcome. They also have a heated pool and hot tub to help relax.
If you are looking for a place to call home, I would definitely recommend checking out the Overlook. The grounds are well maintained, the office staff and management are helpful, caring, and responsive, the maintenance crew does a great job with requests and service, and the location is awesome with tons of amenities within walking/short driving distance. I have really enjoyed my time here.
