It’s sad, because it’s such a beautiful place across from the farm.it’s close to town as well. The grounds are kept nice and if you ever have any maintenance issues, they fix them right away. Most of the neighbors are super friendly and nice. The building manager is really nice too, but building three is not a smoking free environment. Great location. Country setting but very close to shopping and downtown New Milford.
I Just moved here a few months ago and find it to be a very nice place to live.The grounds are kept well,when there is a problem and you call Larry the person who oversees the property He answers right away and takes care of it.The neighbors in my bldg.1 all seem nice and friendly. The buildings are pet friendly and have underground parking which I really love.I really can't find anything wrong ,I am enjoying living here.
Too many ill-mannered people have moved into building 3. On top floor, a family with a teenager and dog are worst ever. Have seen them yelling at a woman in parking lot and everyone calling each other white trash. These people are so loud and obnoxious that no words can explain it. The moved 2 years or so and it's been a hell hole. Waiting for my lease to end. Never seen anyone this crass and vulgar as these people.
