You think this apartment would be great. With the up to date fixtures and having only been built a few years ago. That’s what I thought. Until you move in and you realize you can hear every single thing that happens on the floor above you. Your neighbors decide to stomp around at 3am, you hear it. Your neighbor decides to abuse his girlfriend, you hear it. Your neighbors gets into a 6 hour fight of constant shouting, you hear it. Constant music and a loud TV can always be heard over your own. The place is beatiful, but the apartment flooring is crap. You can hear the steps from the upstairs neighbors and I have to basically tiptoe to not bother the people below me. In addition, due to this unforeseen circumstance of a little thing called Coronavirus it has been recommended to stay in to avoid spreading it more. I wish I read reviews before I signed the dotted line of a 15 month contract. Now I know why Crosstown offers a gift card for posting a review, but a few positive comments won't drown out the reality of their lack of management. The tour of the property is quite different than the experience of living here. Clean, quiet, well kept gated community with a great staff (and maintenance crew). I give them 👍👍 (2 thumbs up!)
Being up front and honest with their renters. Extremely rude employees. Property manager has underling Carly do all her dirty work. PM refuses to get on phone. Very deceptive and misleading. Drug dealers live throughout community with no consequence.
Community is nice. Its close to everything. Management is terrible.
