The Overlook at Anaheim Hills is beautiful, safe, and peaceful. Very attentive to the need of 55+ residents, the staff, both office and maintenance, are responsive and professional. The team offers a variety of activities and events for those who are interested, while being equally respectful of those who wish to live quietly in their apartment home. It is a wonderful place to live.
I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, who lived at this property for two years. The first property manager wasn’t a good fit—he didn’t really know how to work well with senior residents. But then along came Melissa, a very kind and caring property manager who truly loves her job and the seniors she serves. My mom loved how Melissa always made sure the residents were happy and that the property, both inside and out, stayed well-maintained and updated.
