The office staff and management make this place so pleasant and trouble-free that you feel the entire establishment is at your service just to exclusively please you, not to mention the amenities available.
My apartment has such a beautiful view! It is stunning and has new carpet, paint and appliances. Frida is wonderful and always extremely helpful. Maintenance is very responsive and capable. I am very happy here!
Hello apartment hunters! I moved in around 7 years ago after searching in the OC. These apartments are an excellent choice for 55 and over folks. There is a nice pool and jacuzzi area, work out room, and many activities offered by management. Its a very nice, clean gated community with friendly neighbors who look out for each other. Staff is friendly and is willing to go out of their way to help you should you need it. Highly recommend!
The office team is top notch and the maintenance guys are always on top of everything. The staff goes above and beyond especially Frida Ana and Melissa and we couldn't ask for anything more. The property is beautiful, there's fun events, and there are plenty of great people.
