We’ve only been living in this apartment for two weeks, and it’s already been one of the worst housing experiences we’ve ever had. The unit was completely nasty when we moved in. It was obvious it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in ages — and despite all the red flags, we gave it a chance. Huge mistake. The A/C barely works. It's a nice place especially when they keep it clean.
I have not rented this unit only viewed and oh boy it takes you for a world wind just viewing the property. The property manager informed us closet doors couldn’t be fixed unless maintenance wants nor the sink and many other conditions:(! On a place like this I would say trust the tents reviews because I seen most of what they complained about especially the mold!
I've lived here off and on for several years. They always fix any work orders in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and always helpful.
