Live here 8 months and no maintenance what so ever. Water damage in the bathroom dishwasher falling out of the setting,countertops falling off the wall no AC heating haven't worked well this winter and almost no hot water on top of the fact that one of our bathroom doesn't work
My mind is blown right now, I'm considering applying to this location so I started reading reviews. So many people have a terrible opinion of this place and out of nowhere it's getting several 5 stars. The five star reviews are from people doing reviews of locations hundreds of miles apart on the same day. I feel like I just learned reviews are for sale now
Do not move into this place!!! My moms upstairs neighbor left her sink running on Christmas and flooded my mom's apartment. The maintenance guy came the same day as it was a weekend day and the office was closed. My mom then went on vacation with my sister to take niece and nephews to Disney the very next day. She stayed in contact with maintenance who told her in text messages he was cleaning up the water and that the office was aware of what was going on (the office later says they had no idea).
