Everyone from the parking lot to the Therapist was absolutely on the ball ,and as results driven as we were . Often it seems with a progressive decease like MS people seem to start and finish as if it’s not fixable anyway . We’ve never felt that for a second. Not only have we gained mobility lost during hospitalization we have learned many tricks to simply make life easier as we recover.
Everyone was very professional and friendly, they only thing I should have requested female, instead of male, I really didn’t feel comfortable with male !
All of the staff on PCU were exceptional! I couldn't ask for better care the whole time I was there.
My experience was a very positive one with the technician who was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to do several views from different angles. I felt he had my best interest at heart.
