This place is a absolute joke took 50 dollars for a application fee that is non refundable the people live in California that own it. The two people that manage it live in town but can't do anything with out the approval of the owners and if you don't have a 600 credit score or higher don't bother applying the houses are old and maybe a hand full are newer built the management say they own the homes but sold the property to people in California so they are very selective on who they approve don't waste your time
Overland discriminates against people who have a past but have since changed their lives around for the better. They don't care about the person you've become. All they care about is who you use to be. And won't rent to you if you have a past.
