I just finished my time at Overland and I couldn’t be happier about the experience. The staff, case managers, group leaders and therapists are all so wonderful and I am in such a better place than I was over a month ago. In addition, the group settings were so beneficial due to the other folks who attended with me and our ability to share and advise on others experiences. I’m very thankful that Overland exists!

I am having an overwhelmingly positive experience at PHP Overland Intensive Outpatient, and the program has truly been instrumental in supporting both my mental health and my ongoing recovery journey. Every aspect of the care team has exceeded my expectations. The staff were amazing across the board: knowledgeable, warm, and clearly invested in every person who walked through the door. Just as meaningful was the community that formed among us as patients. There's something powerful about doing this work alongside people who understand it, and Oro created the conditions for that to happen. The programming was well-rounded in a way I didn't expect. Overland is beyond wonderful!!! The staff is phenomenal and the classes are not only informative they all deal with mind body and spirit!! It’s such a bonus to hav acupuncture. Plants and Recovery, yoga , sound baths, breath work, music therapy, poetry therapy, art therapy, fitness and boxing etc plus the mental health and substance abuse classes and one on one therapy. The case managers also truly help u with your outside issues that you need help with! This is a GREAT PROGRAM #1 in my opinion
