Overland is beyond wonderful!!! The staff is phenomenal and the classes are not only informative they all deal with mind body and spirit!! It’s such a bonus to hav acupuncture. Plants and Recovery, yoga , sound baths, breath work, music therapy, poetry therapy, art therapy, fitness and boxing etc plus the mental health and substance abuse classes and one on one therapy. The case managers also truly help u with your outside issues that you need help with! This is a GREAT PROGRAM #1 in my opinion

I spent three months at Overland and I’m so grateful for the experience. The one-on-one therapy and coaching gave me space to really dig into my patterns. Setting boundaries and communication was honestly the hardest skill for me to learn, but the team at Overland has given me tools I can use to handle stress and conflict differently.
