If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am a caregiver for a 53 year old woman named Cindy R., who has a severe case of ankylosing spondylitis. She has had arthritis that has restricted her head from growing causing pressure on her brain. She has had severe headaches increasing through out the time she's been my patient. Today they called to cancel her first and only appointment scheduled 45 days ago and want to make it 50 days from now. The person was uncaring and non sympathetic.
I had a spinal surgery with Dr. Eliot Min that went very well. Relieved completely the back pains pains I had before the surgery, and the incision pains were very mild. The medical team treatment was kind, considerate and effective. I don't recall the names, but they all deserve a big Thank You! This is the best example of how to treat patients and help them recover!
Dr. Kikkeri is very kind, professional and understanding.
