I have called 4 times over the past two months. The first call I waited on line for 15 minutes before someone answered. The receptionist told me they were booked up until the new year and the schedule for the new year would not be out for a few weeks. I called back and again after a LONG LONG wait on line I left a message as suggested by the recording to call me back. Days passed, no call. I have repeated this same thing twice more. What the hell is going on.
