The quality of the actual providers, the technicians, assistants and doctors is not at question. This service gets a single star for the abysmal scheduling system. One is placed on hold without any indication of position in the queue, no option for a call back based on place in queue. The only option is leave a message to be returned between 4 -6 PM, or the next day between 8-9. This later is "new", but the wait sometimes an hour, is since I first needed it over ten years ago. Extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional scheduling staff.
This place does reflect the rating in terms of the experience most people had with the front desk. Yeah, they were rude and quite dismissive. The front desk just wants to chat with each other instead of helping patients. The male staff just chatted away with the other female staff even when I’m standing there. He didn’t even bat an eye. Imagine how helpless the elders will be or the treatment they will receive. However, my imaging technician was awesome! She was so nice and understanding! All the stars go to her.
