This was my 3rd visit over the past year and each time I have gotten right in and had great service with a caring and knowledgeable staff. I'm an Evergreen patient but when I need urgent care, this is where I go!
When I checked in they said 30-40 mins wait. At the hour mark I asked how much longer and they said we were next and the room was being cleaned. Another 20 mins later, they looked like it was odd we were still there and went back to check. Guess what.. apparently during triage at the back someone marked us as already checked in and being seen. So we got bumped out of the system. Great care from caring staff. I felt very cared for.
Best emergency room I've ever been too, and I've been to a few! They were so helpful even came and got me in a wheelchair in the parking lot. ( I had a broken ankle ) Fast and very kind. Thank you to the amazing staff. Keep up the excellent work. :)
They did a good job on my apadectomy. The nurses and doctors were all very nice.
