RecommendedHighly recommend. I was in & out within 40 minutes and had the best treatment. The medical assistant was on top of all my medications and allergies. Doctor was super friendly and checked everything from my diabetes to my blood pressure. Very thankful for them fighting the awful snow and staying open. They were the ONLY urgent care open. Thank you for helping me in my desperate time of need. 🙏
This was a lesson in total clerical incompetence. My Overlake doctor set it up so I could go in to get checked over and confirmed for Covid-19. The clerical person apparently could not find me in their system and assumed my provider could not refer me to them. After much arguing, I got her to understand I came from one of their Overlake clinics. Then she told me I couldn't just come in and needed an appointment, which she could look to see if they had one. They are helpful and one of the best walk in clinics I’ve used
I'm pretty sure an urgent care isn't allowed to force a patient to wait in their room for a ride, refusing to let them even wait in the lobby. After accusing me of seeking pain meds for a wrist fracture that they misdiagnosed.
Very professional and made my visit as stress free as it could be.
Doctor we saw was rude and condescending, not helpful! She prescribed drugs and sent us on our way saying to go to our regular doctor in a few days. Waste of time effort and money, we won't be back to this facility.
This was my 3rd visit over the past year and each time I have gotten right in and had great service with a caring and knowledgeable staff. I'm an Evergreen patient but when I need urgent care, this is where I go!
When I checked in they said 30-40 mins wait. At the hour mark I asked how much longer and they said we were next and the room was being cleaned. Another 20 mins later, they looked like it was odd we were still there and went back to check. Guess what.. apparently during triage at the back someone marked us as already checked in and being seen. So we got bumped out of the system.
