I would avoid. Customer service is terrible. We were sorting things out with our daughters insurance and they sent letters. Threats of collections. They told us they'd actually give 30daya extra while the insurance was being worked out. No update in MyChart, no reply back on messages for confirmation like they said they would provide. In addition no letters or confirmation about them making the insurance claim and response they said they got which was requested and said they could send or was in her MyChart, which it wasnt..... read more

Horrible horrible experience after waiting for almost 2 hours here. IAfter 1.5 hours of waiting in the lobby, my vitals were taken and told the reports of Covid/flu will come after 20 minutes. It's 30 minutes and the doc still didnt show up so I go outside to see what's happening. The nurse looked confused, as per her the doc should have been there so she says- let me track him down. I don't know who runs their scheduling department. Doctor is always late to my appointments, at least 20 min. It's so frustrating, but I never complained. Today, I was late 9 min and receptionists were either busy on the phone or with something on their computer, so I waited more than 5 min to be checked in. By that time, my appointment was canceled. We waited almost 2 hours and watched the wait time get longer. In all fairness though, we should have left when the receptionist tried to make a medical assessment and dismissed our claims. I'll pay money to go out of network with my insurance to avoid this place again.

Beware, visited in January with a cold, after 1.5 weeks of not shaking it with musinex and over the counter medicines, decided to pop in in hope of something stronger, steroids etc They insisted on giving me X-rays, to “rule out” bronchitis which I clearly did not have. They made me get in a wheelchair, and go get chest X-rays, and are now billing me $233. Talked to so coworkers who experienced the same thing.
