My feet are infected due to a doctor giving me too many cortisone shots. I stopped in the Overlake issaquah urgent care. Waited 1 1/2 hours only to then be told I would have to wait 2 1/2 more hours!!! I said I would run an errand. I was called 15 minutes later!! So I raced back to urgent care. The girl I was working with had gone to lunch. I then told the “girl in training” I was back and when could they take me. She looked at her chart and told me I was up next! I checked in at 8:00pm on a Saturday evening for an injured foot and the staff there couldn’t have been nicer. Attentive, polite and professional. I would like to say that I would be a repeat customer (but hopefully not ).
