I worked with Rachel for post partum recovery like pelvic floor. We ended up doing exercises for all the pains I faced post partum like wrist, back, heel spurt. She listens to you and analytical figures out what works for you. She also understands how busy you are on daily basis and adjusts the exercises such that you actually do them.

I participated in two sessions with PT Angelica. The sessions/ consultations primarily focused on exercise recommendations that are readily available through other resources. Notably, the provider indicated that physical manipulation techniques were not evidence-based and lacked research support for their effectiveness. Given this information and the limited scope of service offered, I did not find sufficient value in continuing the services.
