I participated in two sessions with PT Angelica. The sessions/ consultations primarily focused on exercise recommendations that are readily available through other resources. Notably, the provider indicated that physical manipulation techniques were not evidence-based and lacked research support for their effectiveness. Given this information and the limited scope of service offered, I did not find sufficient value in continuing the services.

My physical therapist (Ally) is terrific, along with the office personnel. Extremely helpful.
Front desk said that I'd barely have to pay for my appointment. Got an extremely high bill and the manager was just arguing about how I need to learn more about my insurance, even though it was their fault for providing me an estimate when apparently they shouldn't have. They can't take blame and will not help. Appointment was just getting to know my history, what I want to achieve from the appt, and one breathing exercise. Would not recommend.
