My defibrillator was replaced yesterday and all is well. My experience was good, I felt well taken care of the whole time, from admitting to discharge and everything in between. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the volunteer that took me back and the meal provided. The volunteer acted like he was on court-ordered community service. Speaking fast he asked me, "you going to H'n'B?", I couldn't tell what he had said so I said "I don't know - I'm getting my defibrillator replaced", as I didn't really know the department ... read more
I went to see Dr. Cheney for a preventive appointment. The staff is very friendly. Dr Cheney is very patient and professional. She took time to listen to my concerns and addressed my questions in details.
