Terrible, just terrible. Zero stars. Micromanagers, rude staff members, blame the patient, defensive, continual messaging even when INR is in range … what a nightmare. It’s a job to them & oblivious that it’s a life to patients. Avoid if at all possible.
Padmini was very friendly and I felt very relaxed. I learned things I had never heard before. She was very encouraging about losing weight and getting off Insulin as a possibility. I'm glad I will be working with her.
As always, the visit was conducted with professionalism and respect.
