My dermatologist moved from the Polyclinic to Overlake, and I’ve been trying to get an appointment there with her. My calls to Overlake Dermatology go straight to voicemail, with no option to hold. I’ve called about every other day for a week , and have only received one return call, which of course I missed by 10 minutes. It this is the kind of service they give, I would have to pass on being a patient there. It’s too bad because my dermatologist who moved there is really great!
To whom it may concern, The real truth about Overlake Hospital. My dad recently almost died from having been admitted to Overlake Hospital in Bellevue, WA and my mom is getting better care through the VA than my dad receives from Overlake Hospital & Overlake’s Cardiac center. His near death experience was caused by an infection he receive while at Overlake but they are un-willing to admit he contracted it through an IV and it was not related to Coved.
