I'm pretty sure an urgent care isn't allowed to force a patient to wait in their room for a ride, refusing to let them even wait in the lobby. After accusing me of seeking pain meds for a wrist fracture that they misdiagnosed.
Very professional and made my visit as stress free as it could be.
Doctor we saw was rude and condescending, not helpful! She prescribed drugs and sent us on our way saying to go to our regular doctor in a few days. Waste of time effort and money, we won't be back to this facility.
Your process to schedule a colonoscopy is very disappointing. After calling and talking to a receptionist, I was told to call the "direct access" line. After doing that, I find out it's just a recording to leave name and number, and someone will call back in 2 days. That's not "direct access" at all. Additionally, I was calling that number at a time where I could get away from my work floor for a few minutes to answer questions in private.
