Called at 3:30 and the billing office is closed. THis is unacceptable.
Your process to schedule a colonoscopy is very disappointing. After calling and talking to a receptionist, I was told to call the "direct access" line. After doing that, I find out it's just a recording to leave name and number, and someone will call back in 2 days. That's not "direct access" at all. Additionally, I was calling that number at a time where I could get away from my work floor for a few minutes to answer questions in private.
