Our family had a visit to the Overlake ER in January 2020. Dr. Friedland spent almost 45 minutes with us problem solving and leading us to understanding our options for treatment. He offered common sense and a very candid conversation which is what we needed. Thank you Dr. Friedland for your patience and wisdom. You helped us more than you will ever know. Eric Friedland was my ER physician for a corneal abrasion. I was as impressed with his kind demeanor and professional bedside manner. One of the best ER docs I've seen. When was last time physician gave his personal cell with offer to text if further problems. Exemplary care and compassion. One could not ask for more!
Very Very Rude!! And had Zero Bedside Manner... So sad because my family and I have been going to overlake Hospital for years actually longer than he's been in the medical field. Making fun of patients out loud while walking up and down the halls of the ER is so disguisting and so disgraceful, Shame shame shame on you.... A word of advice if you do not like your job please find another job that will be more fulfilling and make you happy because at the end of the day we are human beings with feelings who cares if we use Obama... read more
