Dr.Kim kept on harassing me about an unpaid bill, which was ridiculous, because the only thing I did there was teeth cleaning and I know for a fact that’s fully covered by insurance. She kept on sending me messages and threatened to put me on collection. Worst experience ever.

Cleaning was fine without issue, but careful of their hidden charges. I owed $0.50 that they never told me about, which turned into $1 30 days later and $20.60 90 days later, and I was only just notified after the 90 day mark that I even HAD an unpaid balance. Really? I'll never be returning and specifically if you have Delta Dental I'd watch out for this! See attached picture if you're curious.

Dr. Kim is amazing! After not having dental insurance for many years and needing some serious care, she has outlined a plan for me to get back into great dental health long term and helped me get there short term. She is friendly, has a nice sense of humor, and a pleasant staff as well. I had a lot of anxiety about coming back to the dentist, but now it’s no big deal and, most importantly, I know I’m in great hands!

Overlake Dentistry is a great location with very friendly dentists and staff. I highly recommend going there for cleaning and treatment you need! Whether it is just for a check up or for a fill in, the team there are awesome.
