I wanted to leave a personal review of my own bariatric surgery. I was 34 years old when I decided to go see a weight loss specialist, with a preconceived notion that I did not want to have surgery. However after the doctors reviewed my case, they said I really needed to have bariatric gastric bypass. They really helped me understand outcomes, and were thorough on their education. I would give negative stars if given. I had an appointment scheduled at this clinic for a 60-minute consultation with the doctor, but due to a simple mistake of taking the wrong elevator, I arrived just 5 minutes late. Despite this minor delay, the staff Lola and team refused to allow me to see the doctor. Instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they insisted that I reschedule the entire appointment 6 months after. The 2 stars are for making me wait an hour when I scheduled the appointment 3 weeks ago I live on Camano Island. It is too bad because it takes away from the great customer service I received from Lola and team. I paid 26000 dollars last time I checked I am the customer. I am so happy I did the surgery.
