Unorganized procedure instructions sending prescriptions, the patient gets prepped for, just for the appointment to be cancelled without notification upon arrival. This office extremely hard to get ahold of unless you come in person.
Dr. Ian White and team (Anesthesia: Dr. Angley, Pre-op RN: Kayla, post-op RN Rachael) were outstanding. The clear information provided regarding procedure, risks, post-op recommendations and post-communication stood out. The diagnostic post-procedure information provided was written out with specific details and pictures of not only location but of the findings was appreciated. Dr Ehsan was amazing in guiding me through my medical issues. Her knowledge and ability to speak clearly with confidence of my situation was incredible. I could not have asked for better medical attention and would rate her skills 5 star+. If you need a colon surgeon, she was the best!!! Thanks you Dr Ehsan
They are lying when they say they’ll call you back within 48 hours. Totally unreachable and disappointing when trying to make an appointment. Google should remove this place from their map so people can save their time by finding another hospital that actually respond to their patients. Tried sending email and did not get any response as well.
