I was pleased with Dr Reinke’s knowledge and feel comfortable with him doing my procedure. I was impressed with the way he explained the process, procedure and expectations.

After I asked my doctor what date we could schedule the surgery for, he replied that they would contact me the next day to arrange a date. The next day no one called me, so I called myself. Lola answered, said she would pass along the information, and that I would receive a call later that day — but no one called. The following day, around 2 p.m., I called again to remind them.
