We are overjoyed to have welcomed our second baby boy at Overlake Hospital. My first child was born prematurely, but this time they took excellent care... my second baby was born at 38 weeks...
I attempted to call this clinic on July 21st around 12:30 PM to establish care as a new patient for a pre-conception exam. Unfortunately, the front desk receptionist was entirely unhelpful. When I asked to book an appointment, she just said, "I can't." I followed up to ask how I could schedule one as a new patient at Overlake, and she repeated, "I can't," offering no alternative solutions or details.
