Caleb performed a roof inspection on an apartment complex we own. The roof he inspected was brand new installed just months ago by a different company. Because of Caleb's inspection and a video he made following a recent snow event, major problems with that new roof install (again done by a different company) were revealed. We are very grateful to Overhead Roofing for their inspection which will have spared us roofing and potential structural problems in the future.
