Disappointed in their service. I had a garage door that wouldn't open or close. I didn't know anything about garage doors so I called a tech in. He poked around for about ten minutes and quoted me $1100 for a new electric opener. When asked if he could look in the opener and buy a possible replacement part it was stated that he had never been inside an opener unit in his life and that there would be no replacement parts anyhow.
