My initial experience with this company was great. They were timely to return calls and service all our garage door needs. Over the past few months they have blatantly ignored our request for service. We have had several issues with one garage door on our property and I’ve requested service about 4 times now and Scott refuses to return my calls or give us any type of game plan . They scheduled me for Monday first morning on Friday. Then confirmed again on Monday morning that they are visiting shortly. After 2 hours, they canceled the schedule, saying that they do not service Tuscaloosa.
Can't recommend them enough. Showed up on time, went above and beyond expectations, did high quality work and charged a fair price. Five stars, but only because six isn't an option!

Called yesterday and scheduled appointment for next day, employee came early, had the repairs done quickly and did a fantastic job. Complete job price was very reasonable. Provided great customer service. I highly recommend this company.
