Overhead Door has not only a local but a National name. They are a reliable and life long business to depend on.
New construction home. Service person came out under warranty. Adjusted door. Said it wasn’t right but couldn’t be adjusted any more. Said it would take approval from his boss to make it right. His boss came out and just said it was in spec but so far cannot provide what those specs are. I guess it is normal to be able to see light all the way across where the pieces meet with their product. My third home. First with this brand of door. First that closed with a gap. Doesn’t speak highly of the product.
