Called them Tuesday after a holiday. Sent Kevin out Wednesday and had my repair done by noon as promised. Kevin is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They will get all my business in the future.
After bragging about the previous service, I am now disappointed. I waited six months to get a call about additional work on my door (bottom seal and trim) and then called them. Told the gentleman on the phone exactly what I needed and told him he could reference the previous ticket or the one when it was installed. Technician showed up today with a ticket that said merely "check door and operator". Does this sound like replacing the bottom seal?
