Called and scheduled new garage door opener. Said 12/17 between 8am-10m, would take 2 hours. I call at 957am on 12/17. They ask for house #, he says what did you need us to do. I tell him again and he says we will be there in 2 hours we assigned your house to McMinnville. How did it take until after the scheduled time to find out this info and my address doesnt exists in McMinnville. Ben was the worker I spoke to and was very short with me. Will find and refer business elsewhere.
Just wanted to share the most Wonderful experience my husband and I had with Over Head Door. I called to explain that the cable had come off the roller and could someone come over to fix it. They sent someone out right away. The service and professionalism was outstanding. We would highly recommend Over Head Door to anyone. 5 STARS for sure.
They did a fast and a great job they took there time to explain to me about how it works on my new garage door opener
