Garage spring broke last night, unable to get car out of Garage. Called Overhead door and they were booked out a couple weeks but said they'd stop by this afternoon and take a look. The guy came by, said he got done with his day early and he'd be right back. Came back with a new spring and had it fixed fast and professionally. So appreciative of the priority they made me today when they didn't have too. Will definitely use them again if needed.
I had an intermittent problem with our old garage door opener installed many years ago by Overhead Door. It wouldn't open and then a day or two later it would work fine. Didn't know if it could be repaired or not. I called another door company from out of town to look at it. He showed up in a new fancy wrapped van and wanted to sell me a new opener, on the spot, which he had on the truck. I declined. Called and scheduled new garage door opener. Said 12/17 between 8am-10m, would take 2 hours. I call at 957am on 12/17. They ask for house #, he says what did you need us to do. I tell him again and he says we will be there in 2 hours we assigned your house to McMinnville. How did it take until after the scheduled time to find out this info and my address doesnt exists in McMinnville. Ben was the worker I spoke to and was very short with me. Will find and refer business elsewhere.
