Garage door was having some issues. I remembered that these folks sponsor my brother from another mother "Dayne Kocher" race car. So, I gave them a call and they had a service man out to my house in less than 30 minutes. Service man Mark did some general maintenance and had my garage door in working order in no time. I am already planning on having them come do an upgrade for me soon. What a great company and an excellent business owner for sponsoring a local driver. #88Gang
Don't count on any service or warranty. Brand new "commercial" door installed in a heated building. Every time it gets cold outside the door has a 1/2" bow across it. Tried to get a warranty claim, sent out a guy 3 times but didn't have a clue what he was there for. Finally gave up, since overhead door clearly was waiting for the warranty to run out. Also needed touch up paint and a thicker bottom seal on a residential door. After 5 emails and phone calls we gave up. Absolutely horrible service and quality. Never again.

Stopped in after lunch, very friendly and helpful. They had the exact rubber bottom seal/gasket that I needed and at a fair price. Unlike some other stores in town. I didn't get to see the mascot, the Akita, but I could tell that he had been there. I will definitely be back if I need anything else.
