RecommendedI dread having to call any service company for anything because they always take at least a week and charge stupid prices, BUT Overhead Door was out the next day and was EXTREMELY reasonable. Hector fixed it fast and right! I highly recommend Overhead Door!
They have done it, AGAIN! It’s been 5 years since I’ve needed Overhead Door and service was superb. What are the odds that a company in the Permian Basin has consistent and quality customer service over the course of 5 years?! I’m happy to say they got us fixed up quickly and were great throughout the entire service appointment!
I had Steven and Hector install three new seals on our old garage doors in a commercial shop today and I was very happy with the results. Great job guys! Very puntual, respectful and they clean up after themselves. Totally recommend this company. When we get ready to install new doors Overhead Door is who will call.

I have never seen such poor work. They forgot to install the reinforcement bracket to the door where the arm of the opener attaches. They installed a chain drive instead of a belt drive( which we asked for and will get) and to top it off they split from top to bottom the 2x4 piece of wood that they drilled into to attach the new rails of the garage door!! That piece of wood is one of the main supports for the garage! Would strongly recommend finding someone else to install your new door and opener if you can!
Very poor customer service, highly disappointing with them.
