See Yelp for full review.Our job was a complete replacement of our garage door system. I was very specific that, we wanted a turn-key high-end Overhead Door system. What we ended up with was good deal of issues to resolve. This crew seemed to be having installation problems with the door due to measurements taken by **** (the salesman, whom we later found out was the franchisee president/owner) according to the installer complaining during the installation. I was robbed by this company! They sent a tech to fix my garage door charging me $80. He looked at the garage door, made a few adjustments to the door and ended up saying it was the motor that was busted. But he said that they don't service the kind of garage door opener I have and they only deal with Ginie openers, then charged me. He left with my money and my garage door still broken. I called to complain but got nowhere. They could have asked me from the begining what type of garage door I had before sending someone over,... read more

January 22nd 2022 - **** from Overhead Door showed up to do a garage door installation. He seemed unaware of the scope of the job and not happy that he had to work with a tone. He did not want to install a Quick release key in the event our garage door does not open. 1 hour after he left, the garage door would not close. When he returned, it was a quick sensor fix that he would not show me how to troubleshoot. He was upset that we did not buy parts from his company and verbally accosted me.
