This is a terrible company. Do NOT use them. They never work a full day and have every employee begging you for money before the job is done. They walked off our job prior to completion. We don’t even have all the parts we ordered and paid for (openers and key pads).
we purchased overhead doors and openers that have been excellent for 20years we purchased two more in 2017for a remote garage one of openers already went out after being used no more than 20 times they claimed it was power surge which was incorrect the opener was complete defect after calling answer machine many times finally got called back with no offer to replace or help.after having door opener replaced by advantage door in centralia i now realize what good service is talked to other former customers of overhead door.and... read more
