Collin called me and gave me a time to expect him, and called about 30 minutes before he got here to let me know he was on my way. Collin did a great job for us-he removed the old rails and operators and replaced them. He answered my many questions, which I appreciated. We had a very professional experience with Overhead Door! The service technician, Colin, was very knowledgeable and so nice. He had us fixed up in 15 minutes or so! He knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed it right, after we had another door company come two different times and not fix it! They charged me two different service calls, and still didn't fix it. Colin had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend Overhead Door! Thanks y'all for a job well done!!
