Horrible Service, I scheduled an appointment from 12-4. Tech called while I was on a call before noon, I called him back, left a message, he never showed or even called back. I called their office to find out why the guy never showed up, they were horrible rude and unprofessional. The service manager actually lied to me. I suggest you do not do business with them as the door they installed 4 years ago was not installed right and the door is no longer level.
I had a service call. The gentleman who came was very nice, told me the problem and the part I would need. He even showed me how to fix it myself. $75 for a call to discover the issue wasn't bad. Fast forward 10 days. The part came and I installed it with the same simple steps the guy showed me and I am a handy person. It didn't solve the issue.
